Damaged or Faulty Products: We gladly accept returns for products received by the customer in a damaged or faulty condition. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be returned to the beautyhungama.store office in unwashed, unused condition, with original tags, and undamaged packaging.
Timeframe for Complaints: Any complaint regarding damaged or faulty products must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide a short video and pictures of the issue and send them to support@beautyhungama.store for prompt assistance.
Refunds and Exchanges for Personal Dislikes: Refunds and exchanges for products due to personal dislikes will not be entertained. However, if you encounter issues with the product, please share your concerns at support@beautyhungama.store for a case review.
Refund/Exchange Process:
- Refunds will be made directly into your bank account within 7 working days if we were unable to fulfill your order and you have paid in advance.
- Refunds and exchanges for products not identical to the ordered item will be processed within 7 days.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Color Variation: Colors may vary upon delivery, unless you have paid extra for the desired color. Color variations are not covered under any Exchange or Refund Policy.
Packaging Requirements: Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box. If a product is returned in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Refund Processing: Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the packaging of returned products.
